PRINCIPAL 

Steve has over thirty-five years of experience in residential commercial construction and real estate development. He has extensive  professional hands-on experience in all aspects of project construction management and development, inclusive of concept design,  development of construction drawing documents, permitting, cost analysis, value engineering and construction. Positions held include Chief Development Officer of Wellesley Hotel Group, Director of Development Suffolk Construction, and Florida Managing Partner E.A. Fish Development Associates. He is passionate about design, cost efficiency, and constructability. Steve’s philosophy has always been “the greatest satisfaction is exceeding  the client’s expectation in delivering the highest standard quality project  on time and within budget.”

 PRINCIPAL

Firdie has over thirty-eight years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He started his career in New York City as a Union Master Carpenter. He has extensive hands-on craftsman and field management experience in framing, drywall, and remodeling/renovations. Some positions held were Vice President of New Horizon Construction & Remodeling Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and President/Owner of Bolands Group, Inc. in Davie, FL. Notable FL projects include: Regatta, Miami (Residential Condominiums), Beachfront at Singer Island (Residential Condominums), IL Lugano, Fort Lauderdale (Residential Condominiums/Hotel), Latitude One Brickell/Miami, and Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo

PRINCIPAL

Philip Gelb is a General Contractor and Real Estate Developer who brings 35 years of construction management and field experience to Modern Eyes Builder LLC. Philip holds general contracting licenses in both Florida and Arizona. He has built and developed a large portfolio of luxury custom homes in South Florida for Tuscan Harvey Homes Inc. and Tuscan Homes Inc. These companies represent one of the most successful luxury home builders in South Florida. Philip’s luxury homes were constructed in some of the mostprestigious waterfront and country club communities including Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, Boca Raton deep water subdivisions, St. Andrews Country Club and Princeton Estate in Woodfield Country Club. Philip, as senior partner expanded the Florida Brand, Tuscan Harvey Homes Inc. and Tuscan Estate Homes Inc. establishing the Scottsdale Arizona luxury home division for Tuscan Estate Homes of Arizona. Carrying on the historical tradition of Tuscan Estate Homes, he built client custom luxury homes and luxury estate spec homes for their own portfolio located in Scottsdale’s finest country club communities, scenic hillside communities, and Paradise Valley Arizona. Philip expanded the residential operation to include a commercial office development division in Arizona.
